New Year’s Resolution: 2022

Hello Everyone,

As 2021 is coming to an end, and with the holiday season already upon us, it’s almost time to set out New Year’s Resolution!

Some of us set a resolution to improve ourselves, while others set them to quit a certain habit; New Year’s resolution are about setting goals and achieving them and it’s the perfect opportunity to start making changes. It is however a tradition of mine to decide on a few New Year’s resolutions before December 31st of every year; and this year is no different!

  1. Make goals, not resolutions.
  2. Practice saying ‘no.’
  3. Look after my mental health.
  4. Get out of my comfort zone.
  5. Take a social media break.
  6. Hop on the bread-making trend.
  7. Drink more water.
  8. Start investing.
  9. Travel somewhere new.
  10. Check an item off my bucket list.

So, now that the New Year is creeping in; what resolutions are you going to make?
