New Year’s Resolution: 2022
As 2021 is coming to an end, and with the holiday season already upon us, it’s almost time to set out New Year’s Resolution!
Some of us set a resolution to improve ourselves, while others set them to quit a certain habit; New Year’s resolution are about setting goals and achieving them and it’s the perfect opportunity to start making changes. It is however a tradition of mine to decide on a few New Year’s resolutions before December 31st of every year; and this year is no different!

- Make goals, not resolutions.
- Practice saying ‘no.’
- Look after my mental health.
- Get out of my comfort zone.
- Take a social media break.
- Hop on the bread-making trend.
- Drink more water.
- Start investing.
- Travel somewhere new.
- Check an item off my bucket list.
