
Day in Life
Hello my beautiful brunettes,
If you have been around here for a while, you know that I am not currently blogging full-time; though it’s a goal of mine to do so! It can get hard at times, not knowing what to write on this blog other than what inspires me and what I would like to read on other blogs. I read a lot of blogs everyday than I’ll admit that I do and one of my all time favorite posts to read are ‘day in the life’ posts.
It’s always fun to see how other people live and how they spend the 24 hours they have been given every day; from full-time bloggers to part-timers like me. So, this is it my friends, today I am sharing with you all what a typical day in my life looks life.
5:00am- Alarm rings:
My alarm goes off at 5:00 sharp each morning. I am defiantly not a morning person in the least, but duty calls and so 5 o’clock it is! I open my eyes, force myself out of bed and prepare for the day. The first things I do is head to the bathroom and take a quick warm shower, get dressed, put on some makeup and head down stairs to prepare a quick breakfast. I usually spend some few minutes checking emails, check blog comments, reply to Instagram comment and a quick look at Facebook; this helps me feel like a person again. Than I gather what I need for work.
6:00am-Leave to work:
After getting everything out of the way and I am all ready, I gather my workbag and head to my car. My gym bag lives in my car for the rest of the week, so I never have to worry about forgetting it at home.
7:00am- Arrive at work:
Nothing exciting here, I just arrive at work, say hi to some of my colleagues and get my things sorted out.
7:00am-2:00pm- Work:
For the next few hours I basically just work. I spend my day emailing, chatting with clients, managing social media as well as the company’s email. You can easily say that I spend most of my time glued to my computer.
2:00pm- Leave work:
Once I am al done, I pack my belongings and head out!
3:00pm- Arrive at the gym:
I go to the gym almost every day after work. The length of time I spend at the gym varies depending on my energy level but at most I stay there for no longer then an hour. It’s the best thing to be done after staying on a desk for hours on hours at work.
4:00pm- Home:
The best feeling ever is getting back home after a very long day at work. I usually spend the first hour getting things ready, cleaning up and feeling refreshed. The best feeling after a long day of work and gym is defiantly changing into my loungewear.
5:00pm- Lunch/Dinner:
I usually snack at work and before heading off to the gym, and then just have one last meal of the day. This is most probably my favorite part of the day! I usually end up eating in our TV room while relaxing on the sofa and watching my favorite shows on Netflix.
6:00pm-Relax and write:
That’s when I decide to focus on my goals and dreams, I make my way to my study area, grab my laptop and phone and start brainstorming. I usually have a show running in the background or some sort of music, this is when I finish writing my bog posts or come up with blog post ideas. As well as read other blogs and get some inspiration all around.
9:00pm-Getting ready for bed:
After spending hours on my laptop and catching up with some friends, I close my laptop and begin getting ready for bed. I get up and put my laptop where it belongs then head to the bathroom to wash my face and brush my teeth; let me know if your interested in a night time routine?
9:30- Get in bed:
At this point, I get into bed and cozy up and spend almost 30 minutes going through my social media feed for one last time before actually falling asleep.
10:00pm- Lights out:
After spending 30 minutes going through Instagram, I plug my phone into the charger and set my alarm for the next day and then I am all out…
That’s pretty much it! Of course, this is just a typical day in life, when I got nothing planned. Some days look different and much more funner then most days, but that’s a day in my life as a part-time blogger. Leave a comment down below letting me know what you day looks like?
