5 Tips to Look More Expensive

Hello my beautiful brunettes,

As many of you know, one of the things I always say is to stay chic. I am a huge believer in working with pieces you already have in your closet and investing your money into quality basics. You don’t need to own expensive things to look expensive!

Its easy to look pulled together, polished and expensive with some simple styling tricks, especially with the holiday season coming up we all have bills and things to pay for! Today I will be sharing with you 5 tips to look expensive! These are some subtle tips and tricks you can incorporate into your wardrobe without have to spend thousands of dollars.

  • Tailored:

Tailored pieces are a way to go to look polished and put together especially a good sleek blazer. Its worth the investment and will defiantly leave you looking like a million bucks.

  • Turtleneck:

Elongating neckline and knitted texture makes a girl look instantly chic! I would recommend you gives to invest in some turtlenecks this season either the chunky sweater one’s or sleeveless ones for indoor holiday parties.

  • Button-Down:

Another classic item that i believe everyone should have in their wardrobe, it goes well with every other thing you own already… you can never go wrong with a good clean white button down.

  • Monochrome:

A full monochrome outfit is my personal favorite; its simple and an effective way to make your outfit to look more expensive. Just go for different hue’s within the same color palette, its super easy to put together and you instantly look more put together.

  • Structured Bag:

Every once in a while I splurge on a nice bag for myself, although they can be a bit on the pricier side but trust me its totally worth it! Whatever brand or design you opt for, there is nothing more expensive looking than a structured bag; they are chic and timeless. I always support splurging on an investment piece, however there are many affordable options in the market as well, just look for something with a classic touch.
